WARNINGS:    Expect Flood and Localized Flooding   across the country but more so in the south  and coastal areas.   Flood waters  and Gusty winds can be damaging to crops, livestocks   and poorly built houses.

Winds: East to Northeast at  5-15kts with higher gusts ( 15-30kts or Higher) during thunderstorms and heavy showers on Wednesday. Then North to Northeast at 10-20kts with higher gust.
